Polishing paste
in bricks
Composed of
polishing agents and greasy materials, the polishing pastes must
always be applied on discs in cotton, felt.
Instructions for use :
* put
the disc into rotation,
*
apply the paste brick
on the disc,
*
the friction of the
disc on the brick will heat the paste, which will cover the
periphery of the disc,
*
repeat this operation
regularly during polishing,
* the
paste will apply better when the circumferential speed of the disc
is low.
For a good application,
we recommend to switch of the used machine, apply the paste, switch
on and renew this operation. |

Abrasive compounds
R 12 is an abrasive compound to realize
pre-polishing or mat and semi-mat surfaces on non-ferrous, alloys,
steel and tin.
This
compound adheres on all felt and cotton discs.
The glue R 12/100
is applied before the compound and will increase the adhesion of
the compound on the disc. |
