Diamond dressers concretion
The dresser of the type concretion is often used because of its long service life and for few risks of deterioration.
It consist of small first quality diamonds.
The grit of the grinding stone determines the size and the grit of the dresser.

Diamond dressers Rolette
The «Rolette» consist of a multitude of elongated diamonds of which the points are oriented outwards.
Main advantages:
* several diamond points are at the same time active on the width of the Rolette

by altering regularly the setting of the Rolette by a tenth of its contour, new, very active diamonds will appear, and you will wear the Rolette progressively.

no risk of diamond un-setting

in cases of accidental contacts with the grinding stone, only a slight segment of the Rolette will be consumed. This would be fatal with single-point diamond dresser.

  Always secure the Rolette tightly in its holder. Dress with watering when possible.

Model «C» - 2 carats

for cylindrical grinding machine
Ø of the stones from 200 up to 600 mm, all widths
Consist of a large number of elongated diamonds oriented outwards.

Model «CL» - 2 carats

same characteristics as the «C» model
but with slightly recumbent diamonds.
(For a smoother finish.)

Model «B» - 0,75 carats

for small grinding machines, stones until
Ø 200 mm, ex. machine Impéria, Studer, etc.

Model «AM» - 0,50 carats

for grinding machines Impéria and similar. The most current. For stones up to Ø 200 mm maximum.

A Rolette is supplied with a steel holder of Ø 12 x 30 mm which can be modified by machining.
